The Schlattgut combines agriculture with catering and direct marketing. We offer you an unforgettable experience in a unique atmosphere with a fantastic view.

In addition to organising events, we are active in milk production and sell home-made and regional products in our farm shop. This also includes the eggs from our laying hens and the homemade Schlattgut ice cream.

Strawberry ice cream that doesn't taste like strawberries. Vanilla ice cream without vanilla and eggs: you definitely won't find that here at Schlattgut. With Rosa's own milk, Henriette's fresh eggs and juicy berries from the field, we produce our very own refreshing ice cream creations. Whether vanilla, mocha, coconut, sour cream or apricot and rhubarb sorbet in season: we are sure you will find all your own favourite flavours in our farm shop.
